Application Agreement and Consent Statement

I hereby confirm that all information provided in this application, including attachments and supplementary documents, is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that providing false or misleading information can result in the rejection of my application, the revocation of any award granted, or other appropriate actions.

I agree to comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the Association of Postgraduate Students. I understand that failure to adhere to these guidelines may affect my current and future standings with the institution/organisation. I authorise APS to verify any information provided in this application.

I acknowledge that the decision of the APS regarding my application is final, and I waive any right to appeal the decision made on this application.

If awarded a bursary, scholarship, or any form of financial assistance, I commit to use the funds according to the stipulated guidelines and purposes.
